Tieline Theater was founded by a group of Quinnipiac theater department alumni, Jess Otterbine, Julianne McGourty, and Michael Pray. Working closely with Drew Scott, Adjunct Professor of theater at Quinnipiac, this team has collaborated to perform two full-length productions thus far. The first was Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” which premiered at Quinnipiac in the summer of 2014. Quinnipiac University is looking for men and women age 65 or older who would be interested in participating in a senior citizen speed dating event April 8 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Cascade Banquet Hall at 80 Sherman Ave.

quThe Quinnipiac University Muslim Student Association marked the murders earlier this month of three Muslim students in North Carolina with a candlelight vigil Thursday at the university.
