Robert was born in Derby on Dec.18, 1947, the son of the late Edward and Elizabeth Ocxkowski Hale, and was one of the owners of Systems, Inc., a business machines co., for 18 years, retiring 8 years ago.

He enjoyed golfing, reading and his dog, Sweetie, and was an excellent cook. He was a Navy medic and Purple Heart recipient of the Vietnam War. … Continue Reading
